That’s a Wrap – Seaweed Forests Festival, Manly
The Seaweed Forests Festival, Manly concluded on 9th May, following a month long program of science, art, ideas, workshops, dance, music, food, restoration, snorkelling and much more.
We are immensely grateful to the NSW Government My Community Grant, the passion of the Lim-Sutton Initiative, the energy of Associate Professor Adriana Verges, from SIMS and UNSW Sydney, and the creativity of Jennifer Turpin and Michaelie Crawford.
Quite simply it was a stunning collaboration made richer through the unfailing curiosity and engagement of the community who supported the festival in large numbers.
